Completely agree with this...I don't really get how 'woman only shortlists' are considered to be fighting inequality fairly at all. Yes, women are underrepresented in many areas BUT if we just start employing the best person for the job regardless of if they have a penis or not, then this would settle itself out over time. And if it doesn't? Then men are better for the job on average than women. Thats not a tragedy, there are obvious differences between the sexes and it should not be 'controversial' to state this. On average, men will be better at physical jobs that require strength than women are, and so on
