Unlikely, if Boris had hopped aboard the remain bus the UK wouldn't be brexiting, the Torys were as astounded as anyone by the result, at any rate the Torys won't be in power for ever so regulations and rights removed can be reinstated by the next government if they do remove any, that's if we do ever see a credible shadow party to challenge the Torys at the next election
