I have no idea why they changed it. Suppose uniforms change all the time or your daughter would also be wearing a bonnet. Probably just trying to be more modern.

Well it isn't usual for boys to wear skirts in everyday life, lets be honest so it was obviously down to pressure from someone demanding they be accommodated for eventhough wearing a pants would accommodate anyone in reality. Anyway, I couldn't give a s**te what people wear but lets call a spade a spade here, this was done for attention
