They are murderers and will always pose a risk. Surely the safety of the many over the rights of the few should prevail.

I don't know if you've noticed, Brillo, but there are actually people in those other countries too . Apparently you think it's "safer for the many" to deport them to another country and say "Oh well lol whatever they're not here now" than it is to keep them where we can actually keep an eye on them...
