Yeah exactly. I imagine she's been given a few unofficial warnings already. She's provoked a few people now. Whether she did it for reactions or not she definitely should be told.

I don't know what the rules are on verbal aggression. But I'm not sure whether I would deem it as "threatening" as that would imply he suggested actually doing something, which he didn't.
