People only ever bring up people's backgrounds/upbringings when they're trying to elicit a reaction. It wasn't fair, and he overstepped the mark. It's not up to anyone else to decide whether or not you're conforming to your own beliefs.

Hardly "brought him into the argument", merely stated that Lotan was a bad role model. Which he is. Not at any point did she insult his child or direct her argument towards him in any way.

I think Chanelle and Hannah started all the drama because they couldn't accept nomination reasons and still ranting on about it at bedtime. It's a game ffs...people have to give reasons.

She didn't get one because she didn't question Lotan's parenting skills.

She implied he was a bad role model to his son. Did she mention his parenting skills? No.

She raises a good point - his kid is gonna hear his dad was on Big Brother, and will look him up. And what will he see? Him insulting and kicking off with younger women aggressively, and threatening to destroy one "physically and mentally". THAT is a bad example to set to anyone.
