She didn't get one because she didn't question Lotan's parenting skills.
She implied he was a bad role model to his son. Did she mention his parenting skills? No.
She raises a good point - his kid is gonna hear his dad was on Big Brother, and will look him up. And what will he see? Him insulting and kicking off with younger women aggressively, and threatening to destroy one "physically and mentally". THAT is a bad example to set to anyone.
