TBH I think a lot of people say weekly because that's apparently the norm and no-one wants to be called a 'dirty devil'. A lot depends on the weather and 'activities'.

Well I also do plenty of activities so I'm just a grubby bugger I guess . Which is odd as I also shower obsessively for like an hour a day .

Maybe that's why the sheets don't get dirty?

To be fair I also do change the bottom sheet fairly regularly. Just don't bother doing duvet cover or pillow cases .
