Don't pop your spots! As tempting as it is and as satisfying as it can be it can leave you with permanent scarring! (I learnt that the hard way
 )I have terrrrrible skin and medicatons/skin creams do help to an extent but in my experince never eliminates the problem. Drinking water and just using a benzoyl based cream does enough for me. (And change your pillow covers regularly too!) |
