![]() ![]() I’ve been using Sudocrem lately and it works fantastic tbh, only problem is you need to leave it on EVERY night - I didn’t need out it on yesterday and loads of new spots have came now ![]()

Don't pop your spots! As tempting as it is and as satisfying as it can be it can leave you with permanent scarring! (I learnt that the hard way
![]() I have terrrrrible skin and medicatons/skin creams do help to an extent but in my experince never eliminates the problem. Drinking water and just using a benzoyl based cream does enough for me. (And change your pillow covers regularly too!) |

Never pop them, especially if you haven't cleaned your hands thoroughly beforehand. The bacteria will just invade the area even more!

I’ve got a fringe - would it help my spots on forehead if I brushed it back sometimes?

If you are noticing them more since having a fringe, then for sure the chemicals probably contribute and irritate the area.
