When your standing, doing nothing? I feel really awkward with my hands just by my side not doing anything, I need to carry a coat everywhere so I’ve got something to do with my hands

Lol I actually just had this dilemma at work earlier during a long convo while standing. It's kinda like a habit I've gotten just somewhat recently (within the last few years at most) where if I'm standing while talking to someone I need to have something in my hands or else I don't know what to do with them and I'll keep thinking about it and randomly putting my hands in/out of my pockets, tapping a desk/counter if it's next to me, adjusting a shirt or something, etc..
