Basically, the majority of people who are likely to be wandering around a rough area after say 10pm are going to be bad news.

I've stupidly wandered through a very bad area drunk at 1am, ONCE in my life. I've also had a knife pulled on me once in my life. Same night. It's not a coincidence... It's just a fact that in certain places, at certain times, you are at a much higher risk of attack. Not just x% more risk... But actually a jump from "miniscule risk" to "in serious danger".

Roughly the same as me..the guy holding the knife to my face was white though....in a massively dominant white area.


That i can put up with, but the chances of a woman being raped late at night being raised to "seriously in danger" in certain areas of the uk is something that should never happen.

Its a pity everyone sighing so hard about foodbanks etc dont stand up to this.
