Ahahah I've had a similar problem in my drunk days. The only solution (like 4 months ago) was to mark your own message as spam and deactivate ur fb for a few days. I cba'd and just lived with it.

That's why I don't drink any more.

Well it's one of the reasons. The other is that alcohol is a poison.

And I don't want that sh** in my body. I'm 40 years old in 4 and a half years. I need to keep poisons away.
