When picking your three predictions, remember this:
- We can only be drawn against ONE other European nation
- We can only be drawn against ONE nation from each of the other federations (South America, North/Central America, Africa and Asia)... so it's not possible for us to get, for example, Morocco AND Egypt. But entirely possible to get Panama and Egypt.

The draw takes place on December 1 so there's not TOO long to predict

I'd imagine the ideal group would be Russia, Tunisia and Panama.
Some of the Pot 1 teams are going to be incredibly lucky, though. Imagine getting Peru, Senegal and Saudi Arabia, or Switzerland, Tunisia and Australia.

yeah, it kind of annoys me as once a team gets seeded it automatically improves its chances of progressing, which boosts its ranking in future competitions and qualifiers. Once on the gravy train, it's difficult to fall off. I don't think its a very fair system. It may be slightly better if there was only 1 seeded pool, but only just.
