Which is why I don't know why Ann has a problem with Meghan, loads of people have been previously married .

No she was only unsuitable because the King wasn't permitted to marry a divorced woman back then. It's a completely different scenario.

If Charles can marry his mistress I don't see the issue.

I agree. I have no issue with Megan, but I think Ann is very old fashioned when it comes to marriage.

There are loads of opportunity for tabloid gossip, its bound to happen, so Ann is quite correct. As a monarchist she sees the potential trouble there could be. The monarchy is just not important to me, so I couldn't care less, and that's probably the modern view.

Obviously. But she is not permitted to continue with those roles so to make out she's using her Royal status to benefit her own endeavours is absolutely nonsense as she has had to sacrifice her own endeavours for her in-laws. That's the point.
