Perfect example is Sam from CBB20 who got defended yet still got a warning , and didn't Chloe rub herself on 1 of jedward and got called to the Dr.
But Jasmine grabbed Callum's crotch several times and because he either said nothing or joked about it she got let off the hook.
So either they scrap the warnings or they stay consistent . Otherwise it's confusing and sends out mixed messages
