This is such a tragic story. Surely they attended school and if not, who was checking on their 'at-home' schoolwork?

I find the pictures odd. In every one they appear to be wearing matching outfits.

All I can say is, the girl who escaped is a hero. She's just saved herself and all her brothers and sisters from barbaric abuse. I just hope they can all heal from this.

They were home schooled and that is apparently unregulated. The authorities are not allowed to check on them, and the teachers are not required to have any qualifications

They all look in good health in the pictures too but maybe they were built up for those pictures or the treatment only started afterwards? eventhough I'd find that hard to believe
