But in rare cases if people do something super seriously disrespectful, which I can't think what something like that would be, then sure I guess they should be permabanned and yes it should be monitored that they aren't returning.
Even then, they should be allowed an opportunity to return after a while anyway so I personally don't care if banned members make a return with another account. |
