I'm part of the furniture on here and I can honestly say that you can get over any problem with anyone if you just stop allowing things to bother you. Don't reply if you're getting annoyed. Trying to get the last word in just irritates everyone who doesn't care about your squabble and it doesn't solve anything.

Of course, I understand that. But I feel there may be a select few who attempt to make her return us uncomfortable as possible.
Like jack said there are many characters on here and we all rub along reasonably well most of the time. It would be better if anyone had an issue they could take it to PM that may be a good way to resolve this, nobody wants to see it on the forum do they?

No, no-one wants to see it on the forum..but no-one listens either when we say over and over to take it to PM. Seems the huge majority of members on here (no-one inparticular..like 90% of members in general) prefer their petty squabbles to be public.

This needs to be said and then I'm done. That same person you are getting butthurt about people being nasty too, before she's even returned and had to face a mythical TIBB gauntlet (way too dramatic), has been daubing the internet with continued snipes and gripes. Even today, so the question needs to be asked, can you not see the stark hypocrisy on display here?

Are you completely blind to what has been going on through all of Kates ban? Of course you're not, because you've been there for most of it, and read all of it. 90% of which we haven't even seen, so lets refrain from special pleading on her behalf already shall we?

I have no intention of having anything to do with her, and I think she'll treat me in the same way, but Kate needs to return in a far more humble manner than she left, and there really isn't any evidence of that being the case thus far.

Who knows what will happen? But lets avoid creating terrible situations in our minds, where people are all attacking Kate, and then asking the mods to do something about it before anything has even happened.

This is what happens already(well not bans, but infractions)..yet we still cant do right for doing wrong

I have said it before and I will say it again (and again and again no doubt) I much preferred the older system. I think infractions are useless tbh..until you have a considerable amount already, you get away with murder, while it appears others get punished more harshly because they already have a build up of points. One person could get 3 points and get nothing, the other person involved gets 3 points and it gives them a 2 week ban..then theres hell on about why one got banned and the other didnt. Its crap.

If you're referring to me, then I can assure you, I have no desire to entertain anything to do with Kate. In my case there's been too much water under the bridge for me to simply forgive and forget. I have my reasons for disliking her. That's my problem, no one elses.
It may just be a forum and words on the internet, but when things get personal its harder to stay undeterred by it.

All I was getting at is that you expect those who Kate has royally pissed off to simply forget it, and I don't agree with that.

There may be some animosity on both sides but I am sur that they aare adult enough for it not to spill over.
