..well they could each take half of it..it may be just enough to see them through if they did get rescued..it's worth a shot..and if not they would both die together..

That's true enough, but they should atleast share the medication on the off chance they get rescued in the meantime

..I agree but it would be stupid not to use the medicine..they may as well share it and see what happens...they have nothing to lose

I agree but I think that if there is at least the chance of saving one life then that is preferable to losing two.

But if it can be shared and preserve them both for a little while then that's the best option I suppose

I would give away the antibiotic. I have no wish to extend what is essentially a short life, full of pain.
