I wouldnt go that far, calling him salt of the earth. I would say he's the most entertaining housemate this series and has saved the show for sure! And he has divided people on here too. Hes definatly a lil firecracker lol.

I've always thought salt of the earth just means somebody very down to earth, no airs and graces, no attention seeking fakeness or nothing "over the top" about their personality etc. , just a very normal regular genuine person.

I totally agree with you. Marc's the best thing that's happened in that current house. They all slouch about under duvets and bitch about each other. Marc has at least injected some life into the BBH.
