Harry has been mingling with everyone today, including Helen, so she was obviously more than capable of being within the group, she just chose not to be.

Yeah, I knew she'd put herself back in the game once she'd dealt with the initial shock and gathered her thoughts

I wouldn't have gone to welcome the housemates either in the position she was in. Marc and her hate each other so it would have looked ridiculous if she went to welcome him back. It seemed like literally only a few seconds or maybe 1 minute had passed from when she saw clips of the housemates calling her a manipulative bitch, slagging her of, nominating her and then Helen saying "good" when BB confirmed she was up for eviction, to when the housemates then re-entered house.

So if I was her just a few seconds after seeing all that, I certainly wouldn't go running up to hug or even greet and welcome people who had made it clear they seemed to hate me and were glad I was up.
NOT because I was throwing a strop, but because I would be very unsure of the reaction I was going to get from them. I would worry that I would make an absolute tit of myself if I ran up saying hello that they might say "fcuk of bitch, don't speak to us, can't stand you" or something along those lines and that I would look really stupid.

I would just feel very unsure of how to react and would probably just stand there trying to look friendly and approachable and maybe smile a bit so that if they came in peace they knew they could come over to me, but I would be wary about approaching them first. She was very friendly and hugged Brian as soon as he even just got near her so I think it might just have been apprehension of what their reaction would be that held her back from welcoming and initiating greetings with them.

So her not going over to them I can understand. A lot of her behaviour afterwards though definitely seems attention seeking and passive aggressive. The sitting on the floor in the bathroom, the turning her back on the camera in diary room. The unconvincing "I'm fine". Stropping past Danny and Jade in the bathroom when she was going to bed. This type of sulky tantrum throwing is classic passive aggressive behaviour and will not win her many fans.

So whilst I can see a reason for her to be unhappy about what was said about her and I can see why she feels annoyed, I don't think she handled the situation well at all and was milking the situation a bit to get pity and attention. She did choose to take herself away and do all that sulking alone on the bathroom floor and in diary room etc, nobody forced her there and there are several housemates who cared for her and tried to get her to come around but she chose not to.

Maybe she will snap out of it now but on yesterday's show she really did seem to be milking the situation.

Agreed and wouldn't expect her to for all those reasons.

But then is she right to complain at others if they don't come over to say hello to her ?

How come she can avoid it but others can't ?
Does she really expect those who have just nommed her rush over and be mega-chummy ?

Very clever play the victim tactics !

Haven't seen anyone mention it so guess she pulled off another blinder there.

Did she really complain much though? I know she said "they can come to me" and I think we both agree why she didn't approach them first, and she said "at least you said hello" to Brian but I didn't think she complained that much about them not coming over straight away. They were after attacking her on screen and nominating her so the onus kinda was on them to make the first approach imo. I didn't get the impression that she expected them to be mega chummy just to maybe say hello.

They obviously had every right not to say hello to her too though if they didn't want to.

I agree she definitely did go on to play the victim later in the show though with all her sulking etc., but thought that was more because of being nominated and what they said about her in the diary room rather than just for the simple fact of them not coming and saying hello instantly.

Harry is an attention seeking witch in my honest opinion. Her sulks and that blo*dy voice drive me nuts. Really hope she goes on Friday not least so that Nick can escape from under her duvet!

Well was thinking of 2 things

1. the Brian thing (i.e. drop others in it)
2. BOTS exclusive last night where she makes a point about Helen not making the effort to say hello to her.

Guess it could be on the HLs tonight.

Anyway I do see your point but rightly or wrongly she does like to make points about her treatment (when it suits her) instead of just shrugging it off.

I'm torn, but leaning more towards her not putting on an act. I think she is trying to basically stay calm and out of trouble.

Harry is not a weak person, or to put it another way, she is an exhibitionist, someone who likes being the centre of attention at all times. That type of person can't be ostracised, because she would just be right back in their faces, she doesn't care. By creating her own self imposed isolation, she is able to put the focus back on herself, both from a house mate and a camera time perspective - pretty clever play really

You point out some good valid points, though I'm still torn.

Some people are much stronger than others, but there must be a point where we can only take so much. I'm not suggesting that Harry has been pushed to that point, but it's possible.

Not sure yet.
She hasn't been treated well but equally could be milking it for all it's worth.

If so, could you blame her ?
Least she's mostly doing it alone off her own back.
Genuine or not, think it's pretty impressive.

It's only flaunting herself that doesn't want me to watch her anymore.

Yes she is she's realised Marc is popular on the outside now she's trying to turn the tide by acting the victim. Marc is spot on about her she's using Nick for air time and even if she was intrested he'd be a mug for going for her she's damaged goods.

Is Harry not allowed to be upset? I think melting down by isolating yourself and hiding is a lot more natural than what we could've seen, and she's not really drawing attention to herself some people are just going to hate her regardless though so oh well.

No worries !
Often wonder whether to make points in advance of the main HL show.

Can't help myself peeking at the website either.

She has perfected the art of emotional blackmail. The 'Poor me I'm being bullied so I have to go and hide in the toilet til someone comes and persuades me to be the brave little woman and return to the house' act will wear thin very quickly, but right now she's getting exactly what she wants. The sympathy vote. Not from me though.

I don't like Harry & I think it was an error by BB to place her in there as she brings nothing to the house BUT I do think she just behaved that night as most would. If she went up to Marc or Helen then she would have been accused of being a hypocrite or arse-kissing.
Chloe plays the victim just as much. She can't take any criticism & cries every time she thinks a HM does not like her.
At least Harry does not do that.
The ONLY reason I want Harry to stay is to annoy Helen & Marc.

It's so obvious she's playing up to the cameras, she doesn't have many options now.
