A generation of people who put feelings before facts. People that use victimhood as a currency.
Here's the Wiki page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generation_Snowflake |

'The term "snowflake generation" was one of Collins Dictionary's 2016 words of the year.[10] Collins defines the term as "the young adults of the 2010s, viewed as being less resilient and more prone to taking offence than previous generations" Hmmm.... I'm very concerned that this 'think tank' and others are perpetuating these buzzwords to denigrate whole generations, and in turn that is harnessed and then captioned by a dictionary definition. It is interesting that in every generation youth who inspire a movement or share an opinion on social, civil or global justices they are labelled and mocked.

Rubbish, it's a nonsense word like SJW, PC, snowflake... meaningless words that can be used as a tool to counter any reasoned debate, in the absence of a competent response.

What I have concluded from this thread by the way, is that no one has any clue what it means and there isnt a general consensus on what it means even amongst like-minded individuals.
Fascinating really . I feel like "easily rattled / offended" is probably the closest to being accurate. Which confuses me, since as far as I can tell, it's a term that people only resort to using when they are rattled or offended
