But with 500-800 I find myself sticking to it because I can see the weight loss after a couple of days which really motivates me. It's strange cause you'd think it be the other way round. Once I get to 12 stone I'll stop and just eat normally, like 1500-2000 calories a day so I don't think I could put on weight, different maybe if I was 9/10 stone. |

How many calories are you actually eating per day? those meals seem far too low to have enough nutrients and stuff you need in them.
Why not just have proper meals with a large portion of salad or vegetables on the plate and obviously grill or oven cook things instead of frying them. |

I am not Will. has you weight Gone Down? Its easy to find out write down Every Day You Weight - Every Day Important - you add the time so it 17:50 or 6AM etc. I am sick of Folks on Diets - For LIFE Lazy Feckers Go for a Fast Run Every day build up the amount you can run in a distance Last edited by arista; 11-03-2017 at 03:33 PM. |
