To be fair I also do change the bottom sheet fairly regularly. Just don't bother doing duvet cover or pillow cases .
Pillow cases are the worst, you can't beat fresh pillows

At least once a week. I don't think it's really necessary to but getting into bed with fresh sheets is the best

Every week. I moisturise twice a day with shea butter and another body oil and I use various hair products in my hair so I guess it can leave some kind of residue over time (not that it ever has but yeah) towards the end of the week I can sometimes faintly smell my hair products on my pillowcase
