i go through stages of getting up before work and going for a run (which I started again this week) and I probably walk between 1-2 miles on my lunch break

I jest, I eat a load of crap and don't exercise at all, and my BMI has never been above 21.

I keep fit by running up our stairs about 25 times a day. Saves on the gym cost.

I used to walk loads before I started driving.
I haven't gained any weight though. I think Miss Metabolism loves me. |

I used to dance so to stay slim but now I go to the gym (in the garage) 4 or 5 nights a week. I walk the dog up Moel Famau now and then aswell.
The trick is finding exercise you enjoy.
