I can't stand when some Americans mimic the British accent by swearing every other word or saying 'mate' or 'bloody 'ell' in an exaggerated English accent.

Makes my toes curl!

Also, I've noticed "literally" is used quite often by Americans. Not quite often over here.

We wouldn't say "that is literally the last banana" it would just be the last banana.
