I don't post pictures on there with people, but if I did I wouldn't take my ex's down if I was with somebody else and I wouldn't expect them to either, it's like trying to erase your past

Depends on how the relationship ended I suppose, if it was bad, then why wouldn't you want to forget about it? and if he turned out to be a **** why would you want to be looking at photos of him?

I see what you mean, but if I fell in love with someone and enjoyed our time together then I'd find it very difficult to be 'bitter' about it. I've experienced something a bit like this and yet we still occasionally message. Probably depends on the people though, I know most people see it differently

No one is saying you have to be bitter but say for example, your b/f cheated on you or went off with your best friend, you might not enjoy looking at photos of him

Possibly, idk it's hard to say not being in the situation but I think in time you probably wouldn't care anyway especially if you're with someone else

I've been together with my husband for over 20 years so fb wasn't even thought of then, meaning no pictures of ex's on there.

I guess it depends on the person, if the ex is still a good friend then I dont see it being a big deal really

Considering the majority of affairs are with someone in friends/family/ work circle, I’d say it truly depends on the people involved.

But how many times have you heard of someone sleeping with their ex.
