Perhaps.

On summer, sometimes warm, sometimes hot, sometimes rainy. More on the rainy side, maybe.

On winter, very snowy especially on the start of winter, pretty cold at times, but usually between -5 and -15 and there are days when it's just 0 degrees Celcius/few minus degrees.

Usually when there is a full starry sky without any clouds whatsoever, it's also very cold. If it's cloudy, it's not so cold outside.
