Maybe he only wants to nuke those that make landfall in Mexico first? Two birds with one stone

Which is prob why they haven't done it.
Nuclear fusion doesn't create the same sort of radioactive fallout as nuclear fission. The "classic" atom bombs (Hiroshima etc) were fission bombs, current nuclear weapons are fusion bombs, but they use a fission explosion to "spark" the fusion explosion. Scientists have theorised that "cold fusion" (fusion reactions without a fission primer) should be possible, which would allow for nuclear weapons (and power generation) without the current level of fallout risk.

What would you do without me Kizzy!

Seriously though it will be a scary day if (when?) they crack the science behind it, because you can pretty much guarantee that they'll be MUCH more willing to use "clean" nukes than the current weapons. If they can nuke their enemies without fallout risk, someone's going to do it.

I can't believe that Trump has done it, but he has.

With this comment alone, he has made Boris Johnson look like a Mensa student.

Trump tweeted "Thank you Katie" to Katie Hopkins this morning. Stick that on your news reel.

1) Why would that be surprising, they're cut from the same cloth... and 2) how on earth is it news.

Well actually the current bombs are fission-fusion-fission and the bulk of energy comes from the second fission.
Agree with the rest, fusion by itself remains elusive

What would you do without me... who would compel you to offer your wisdom?

To clarify they haven't done it because they can't do it and even if they could it would have some radiation risk, not as great but some.

The only news that can come out of that tbf is that "someone makes Katie Hopkins come across as the more likeable person” which admittedly is quite big news actually.

Yet, it's probably possible they just haven't figured it out yet.

has he considered turning on 5000 fans, lined along the coast, to blow it away instead?

He probably thinks that will cause a health pandemic since he previous said he believes wind farms cause cancer.

Maybe he could shout racist slurs at the hurricane since its from outside of the country, then it might go back where it came from?

I think he'd only consider doing that if the hurricanes came from Mexico.
