Moving to cuff someone who is being 100% compliant? No. She looks nervous and inexperienced IMO. Which is a problem in itself.
Yeah, almost like she was being as nice as possible to whack them cuffs on quick as possible before her voice broke. She'd decided she was cuffing and taking him "into custody" before even approaching him.

Indeed, she also tipped her hand: she asked "Have you ever been arrested BEFORE", clearly indicating an intent to arrest when literally nothing at all had happened, and she hadn't even finished the basic questions.

She was not taking him into custody, he was being detained for the perpose of a search

He played into her hands by admitting he had been arrested before giving her reasonable cause for detaining him for the purpose of a search.

Up to that point was fine(ish) but she then tried to physically restrain him, and moved on to trying to cuff him, when he was being compliant with the search.

No, she cuffed him and told him he was going into custody at the very end of the video. This was after he'd already consented to a search and she saw fit to grab him like a piece of sh*t despite him posing no threat nor resisting a search.

No marsh she says you are going to be placed in cuffs he says about being placed in custody, she replied no and if the video hadn’t cut off she would of said not custody cuffs.

Her putting cuffs on him was to get control of the situation, have you never watched programs involving the police, some can lash out or do a runner in the blink of a eye.

There's not even any reasonable reason to be suspicious though.

This has happened to many people during Coronavirus, the police have kinda been made redundant so need to find their own crimes to solve

The first time I've ever seen anyone try to seriously say the police are underworked.

I don't think I've seen a police officer in PPE yet, honestly.

They were stopping people around here last night because it was announced yesterday that from today you could meet people. They were making sure no one was doing it a day early . I was of course on my way to lovely M&S food Hall where there are no one way systems. Premium shopping experience.

I don't rate Waitrose, it's a bit pretentious.

I actually don't mind the queues Cherie, but the one way systems give me existential dread. I have nightmares about the arrows in Tesco.

We have a Waitrose its the only supermarket in our town, some of the products are expensive but others are on a par with other supermarkets, we have an Aldi, M&S and Lidl on the outskirts of town which is great if you drive, but not everyone can drive and its quite a way for elderly people.

If you have to pick just one, the rotisserie chicken that you cook in the bag is amazing.

Waitrose? If I wanted to spend £200 for washing powder, I'd go to the alley behind the dodgy club.
