And how is purchasing a drug in any way comparable with accusing an innocent man of kidnapping you?

Purchasing drugs is certainly nothing compared to running a drug ring as Chloe's family did.

Prostitution persay is not illegal. It is only illegal if the woman solicits or if she works from a premises with 2 or more people.

Helen has done nothing criminal that I am aware of, and certainly nothing serious. Chloe admits to accusing this taxi driver and she comes from a family of drug barons.
