I literally just wanted to debut at hosting yet we have people aloud to be hosting three games in a row with literally day breaks between them? (2 seasons of the same thing in the space of a few months also)

You've just given a perfect reason for the games requests being closed atm, people are running games without permission, they are running games that have the same concept over and over, the same players in every game, the same ideas and the same repetitive arguments every time, no one else wants to take part because there isnt anything interesting enough happening, and I mean no offence to any current hosts when I say this but the games lately just aren't great.

There is no way at all that you came up with a fresh, well planned and thought out concept for this game within a day or so and yet you jump in creating a thread without permission asking for applicants? And wanting to launch it NEXT WEEK all Because you want to debut host. Get real here.

You blatantly took 2sugars idea and wanted to host it straight away, not gonna happen.

Seriously anyone wanting to host a game in future, have a good read back through old games threads, do some research, (I dont mean blatantly copy others ideas and tasks etc) notice the huge effort and time hosts like Shaun, Marc, Dezzy, Ben and others put into the things they ran, the time it took them to develop stories, plots, coming up with and organising tasks, getting players interested, being 100% fair, organised and impartial, I could go on and on.

okay thats actually true! but are the people who are planning to run the same games in a row gonna be told it too?

No one is running the same games in a row.

Games should only be run once or twice a year

in regards to the ‘game’ / ‘love island’ Games that are essentially the same game repeated over and over.

The Archives are full of great well thought out games, ‘The Mole’ is a great read. Hosting that game would take more than a days planning

Just have it in mixed teams, but force do the challenges in Old vs Young form ie: only young ones and an old ones can have a match with each other. Young vs Young and Old vs Old would not be allowed.

Nobody gets eliminated and the team with the best score wins and gets the award, glory, merit, appreciation or something. Loser gets nothing.

I just don't get why we can't host games whenever we want to. Literally when love island ends there won't be anything at all to talk about on the forums. It's dead as it is. Are the mods just trying to shut the site down?

other tv shows maybe, we need more variety as for discussion topics here

and no there are enough subforums, but interest from members (and no i'm not insulting anyone) is mostly about BB, LI while we can also discuss other series, tv shows

so this forum shouldn't need to be dead if there isn't any ongoing RTV and no we also don't need a name change to the site, i am sick and tired of that discussion


like shows such as gardeners world are on the telly for quite a long time, also quite educative and people can also share their own gardening advice too

or saturday kitchen too, another show which has been quite long on the telly

cooking shows, gardening shows have been among my interests for telly since my childhood btw
