The heat just reminded me of one. I always sleep with a cover no matter what. Even if just to snuggle into and not really have on me. I HAVE to have a sheet/duvet/cover of somesort to sleep

Alway sleep with my bedroom window open: and I mean always - regardless of how cold / wet /windy it is - I need to feel even just a tiny bit of cold air on my face -with my body all nice and toastie under the duvet.
