I have never met someone say they're going to the 'chinkies'. It doesn't matter if they mean it maliciously or not, it's a racist term.

And I don't know his mind? Ask him? He still used an offensive term?

Actually yes. Most people I know say the "**** shop". That is how life is. The people who make such a big deal of it are in the tiny minority.

The argument that some say when they go to the take away and say chinky is irrelevant because his tweet wasn't about a ****ing takeaway

It was him trying to tell others who he was superior to, he put 'black, whites and chinks' he wasn't saying he was better than his local chippy in that context.
