Unhappy *BIG PROBLEM* Can someone help me please? [FIXED! Thank You]

Hey guys, I have a big big problem and I will be very grateful to whoever solves it, my summer is relying on it.

Basically today I was happy and then this thing came up on the bottom right hand corner of the screen telling me:

'Your computer is being attacked by a internet viruss. It could be a password stealing attack, a trojan - dropper or similar'

Looking at it now I was pretty idiotic to click it because it's now obviously fake.

I clicked it and now by computer really is under attacked by this ******ing pathetic anti virus programme that's obviously failing to get buyers so it's pissing people off getting them to buy it.

I can't accesss Google Chrome or Internet Explorerer, just Firefox.

I can't get onto MSN.

I can't open a folder or anything because it dissapears after a second.

It's my computer is being took over by money grabbing bastards and I don't like it.

Everytime I try to do something this pop up comes up in the middle of the screen and that big 'DUNN' sound plays, you know that really irratating one that sounds like a metal pole being threw off a wall? Yeah.

This comes up every second and it tells me 'such and such is infected' it even said poor Google Chrome was infected and I deleted it and it's now saying everything else is.

I asked my mum and step dad to reboot this computer (Which I don't want but I think I have no choice) he couldn't do it and then my mum said if she brought it into a shop to get it fixed I'd have to wait weeks for it to come back and for her to pay, news flash bitch theres like 4 weeks left of summer, I'm not gona spend it in bed, playing the Xbox and not watching BB Live.

I really don't want to reboot this guys and I really don't want to have to go on with this pop up ****, even Firefox keeps closing down every minute! I'm writing this to you all on a sticky note thats on my desktop and then pasting it to TiBB!

Can someone please help me?

I tried uninstalling the 'Virus Protecton'

***** but It's not even on my Control Pannel of programmes!

It's called 'Antiviri Solution Pro'
Anyone heard of this bellend?

I really need this fixed, this isn't good for my health I've actually thrown my lava lamp at the wall because I'm so frustrated.

What can I do?
I'm counting on you guys to help me

yeah, system restore is the best thing.

Set it to a day or so before you downloaded this virus.

I think I had this one time, does it go NAYYY! like a horse whenever it comes up?

The only thing I say, is that you go to your control panel and try an remove the programme?

Check if you can see which process is the virus in your task manager and end the process.

If you have malwarebytes anti malware run it, the virus might stop you from opening it though if the process starts straight back up.

Heres an uninstall guide.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/viru...r-solution-pro

If you need to do it manually be careful when editing the registry keys and if you are going to do a system restore make sure the restore files are not infected with this virus first.

Thanks so much guys for all your help, I'm going to have a look at all those links properly in abit, System Restore I'll try now and see if that works.

How do I get onto System Restore?

I bet it's through Control Panel or something, just don't know how to set it to the date before the virus took over this computer.

Using system restore will not remove the virus

Keep a browser window open, then press control alt delete, - tak manager go into active process and stop the process if you can see it (antivirus.exe or similar) right click on it and choose stop process tree

Once you have stopped it in your browser open

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/

Download the housecall files then run it, if you are unable to run it then try this manual removal guide.

Stop Antivirus XP Pro 2009 Processes:

antivirusxppro2009.exe
AntivirusXP.exe

Find and Delete Antivirus XP Pro 2009 Files:

antivirusXPpro2009.exe
c:\Program Files\AntivirusXP
c:\Program Files\AntivirusXP\AntivirusXP.exe
c:\Program Files\AntivirusXP\Infected
c:\Program Files\AntivirusXP\Suspicious
Your Profile \Desktop\AntivirusXP.lnk
Your Profile \Start Menu\Programs\AntivirusXP
Your profile \Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\AntivirusXP.lnk
Your Profile \Start Menu\Programs\AntivirusXP\AntivirusXP.lnk
programs \AntivirusXPPro2009\AntivirusXPPro2009.lnk
programs \AntivirusXPPro2009\uninstall.lnk
programs \AntivirusXPPro2009\AntivirusXPPro2009.exe
programs \AntivirusXPPro2009\uninstall.exe
desktop \AntivirusXPPro2009.lnk

Obviously you will have to find the correct locations for your computer for the above files. After you have removed them try to connect to the net and run hosecall from trend.

If you still cant get into housecall and know how to use regedit then follow the list below. If not go back into task manager and send me a pm with all the processes listed in it.

Remove Antivirus XP Pro 2009 Registry Values:
(Learn how to do this)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\AntivirusXPPro2009
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\AntivirusXPPro2009 info
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\curr entversion\run Antivirus XP Pro 2009

I had this a while back and it wouldn't let me use System Restore. Download a program called Roadkill, run it and then download Malwarebytes (An anti malware program) and run it.

Download Malwarebytes, and once you've hopefully got rid of it make sure you scan every so often.

Also try Superantispyware incase it's spyware.

Some of the malware that claim to be antivirus programs actually stop you from opening pages such as the malwarebytes download page etc. You need to stop all processes of the malware first.

Nasty little buggers those things. If none of the suggestions so far work, head over to bleepingcomputer.com. They're amazing.

Hey Guys, I downloaded Malwarebytes and then clicked 'Full Scan' and then it asked me what I wanted it to scan, And it was like 'Disc I, Disc F, Disc G' and all that but I just clicked the top that said 'C' and now it's been scanning for about 2 hours and 16 minutes now.

Does it usually take this long?

It says Infected: 228

And Counting I guess, And it's scanned over 22,0000.
