Default You find a stash of cash....

... say, £500, while out for a stroll. What would you do? Would the amount change your mind about what to do with it? Would wether it had details with it change your mind (in a handbag for instance) or if it was simply laid there in your path as a wad?

hmmmm, I reckon if it was just lying there on it's own I'd keep it, if it was in a handbag or wallet with details I'd probably give it back

If it had details with it I'd try to get it back. But if it was just lost I'd probably keep it.

Keep it, it's the person's own fault for not looking after their money.

Got something on and some depressed guy lobbed a stash of cash straight out of the window. Talking hundreds if not more. Said he wanted to spread some happiness. Most picked it up and handed it back. Just got me wondering

This.

Although if it was a large amount, I might slip a few fifties into my own wallet

If it was just lying there I would probably take it but if it was in a bag or a purse/wallet I would hand it into the police or back to the person who owned it, I have lost my bag twice and my purse once and they all got handed in with everything still in it.

I would keep it no matter where I find it or how much it was, I'm a bit of a bastard like that, the "finders keepers" rule would very much apply

I think it'd actually depend what mood I'm in. I'd return anything that had their details. As for the money.... I know what cops can be like so if I handed it in and it wasn't claimed it'd be unlikely I'd get it even though thats my right

Hmm.

If it was just money, no way would Ihand it in...pretty sure when people do that the police keep it for themselves.

If it was in a wallet with ID...Id like to say I would hand it in, but I dont think I would. Part of the resaon being...I very much doubt it I lost a substantial amount...even if there was an adress etc with it, that I would get it back. And the other part of it being...greed I guess

I would be more likely to hand it in if I knew it belonged to an old person though, as it could be their whole life savings :/

saying that, if there was enough to be classed as life savings, it would be too tempting to keep it. So no, probably wouldnt hand it in, no matter what the circumstances

I could say all this moral bull**** stuff, but I know as soon as I found it I'd feel such a rush and all my morals would go out the window. So yeah I'd keep it

I felt guilty picking up £5 that someone must have dropped. I would think about what to do and would probably end up handing it in to the police for fear of karma happening. If no one comes to claim it then it's mine anyway.

I would keep it if the money was there on it's own. If it had ID and all that with it then I would give it back to the person. Mmm Karma.. yeah I mean 500 quid is a lot of money to randomly find. Maybe a part of me would think to keep it for a bit but then maybe give it to charity or do some good use with it? Or not.. might be greedy and put it in my bank account. It depends how I react to the situation at the time.

Keep It.

I'd probably use line a tenner of it to bribe some people at school and stuff like that.

I'd also sign up for Brazzers and PornHub Premium.

Then I'd buy a PS3 just for the sake of saying I have one.

With the rest, I'd save and spend it on something else when I can think of it.

Exactly.

I found 20 Quid once in a Bin at Mc Donalds which was full of recipes and I was like

Serves the bastards right for thinking that little of their money.

Anyways, bought myself an 360 Game.
