I'm not sure i could handle fasting for two days

Yeah! Sometimes I shack it up and mix the days depending on how I'm feeling.

Like 2 normal days for example like last Friday/Saturday. :laugh

It's difficult but when you find low calorie things it's not so bad.

Soup is great and also lots of Heinz things.

Yeah weekends are so hard to be good on, I think I'd manage during the week alright though

Well done Will!

My advice:
Though this 500/fasting format doesn't sound really promising in the long run, so I would suggest to move and focus on the what rather on the when and how many. Educating myself on the meaning of food, the bad and good, that's what helped me to balance my BMI and keep it that way without counting calories or starving myself.
