Summer is approaching and I’m just CRAVING salad more and more, had a chicken one for lunch today and a Mediterranean one tonight for tea. Asking as I only got properly into salad about a year ago? Used to find it really bland and boring but I really don’t think anything can beat a good salad in the summer months.

I'm not a fan of it that much, but it depends what you put in it. It can be nice as a side I guess. My choice would be spinach, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, carrot and feta cheese.

heck yea! I'm trying to cut out crappy foods (don't wanna risk becoming flabby and spotty!) so it's quite lucky I like my greens. I found a chilli flavoured salad seasoning the other day <3

Eat it rarely but yeah it can actually be pretty good. I like a caesar salad with some grilled chicken best
