Default Is it weird to think you don't want things to change now?

Debate if you want but I can't wait for the summer, and i hope it's on lockdown.

I'm REALLY enjoying lockdown but I still want to be thriving outdoors again very soon!

Honestly, it'd probably be for the best with certain places (hotels ect.) to be locked down until September, since social distancing is still going to be a thing, you don't want people rushing to resort towns and overcrowding them, Blackpool is already suffering quite bad cause of ignorant city dwellers who ignored warnings at Easter.

You are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome Parm

Loads of people will be feeling the same especially the people who have been furloughed (apart from Annie :laugh) getting most of their pay for staying at home, what is not to love

I am having my first weekends off in 17 years and its weird. SO far today i have cleaned quite a bit but essentially have done nothing (i put up a shelf and that is it). Right now I am watching 1980s WWF in my office and may go in in a bit to read the paper

The TL has never seen so much of me she says. Last weekend we spent 4 hours together power cleaning the drive. The recalcitrant daughter said today its unsettling that i am sitting in the living room during the day, its weirding her out.

No, it is not.

I'd change the disease part, but otherwise lockdown can stay.

I don't doubt that some don't mind being sat on their arse for 80% pay... I personally can't wait for lockdown to end not least because it means this thing is ending

feel the same kizzy, ignorance of some saying they want it to stay for personal reasons.

I sadly don't live near any family, and I'm missing my home town.

Don’t know why it’s seen as people being lazy and ignorant...some people have enjoyed the lockdown spending more time with their family or doing things they enjoy and find normal life too busy to do them.
Nobody wants this virus and nobody wants to be short financially...but the lockdown has given people the chance to do things that they normally don’t have the time to do...

I appreciate that...some people are finding it hard. Just didn’t appreciate the ‘lazy’ and ‘ignorant’ comment thrown at people who are enjoying it.

Not everyone "sits on their arse" when they're not in work.

In fact, I'd say I've sat on my arse less than when I am in work.

Certainly not, if it's not necessary I think it's weird wanting to continue lockdown

I miss my friends and family greatly as it is, if I can't enjoy the summer with them I'll be very disheartened
