and killed by a father-son duo while
jogging in Georgia.

Yes they thought he was a responsible for break ins saw him at a property and then he ran off, they say so they called cops and went to apprehend, older dad being ex-police, there was a scuffle and gun went off.

May be just a sad accident, the courts will sort it out

Like sure, if someone was spotted at a crime scene and then was running, apprehend them. But using lethal force in this situation was going too far.

You saw one of them grab him while the one in the back of the truck shot 3 times,I cant help but think your attitude would be different would the roles be reversed
