Somebody knocked our door just after I came home.

There was a lady saying that my cat attacked her cat.
I said there were many cats around this street, there was no proof that it was my cat.

Soon later the lady left, my cat came home limping.:laugh2:
Well I am not really laughing but I have to take my cat to vet tomorrow as well then.

We have a receptionist called Moses.
I always say "Hello Moses"

Recently he was on a holiday for a week, when he came back I said to him with top of my voice "Hello Mohamed!"

Next time he saw me, he said "Hello xxxx" it was my colleague's name.

Ignore them Soph. When you know, you know.

Young girls heads are often full of romance - rarely is it right! Thinking they know is not the same as knowing! It is often based on insecurity and the need to have someone to lean on! I do wish young girls would have the sense to get out there and live life before tying themselves down to domesticity! It usually leads to regrets!

I just want some people to think that I'm not a stuck up bastard who never smiles. No but really, the other day, I was laughing at some random joke in the elevator (at work) then a colleague told me "oh damn, I never noticed you could smile". OK fair enough, I'm not basically funny and I'm very clean looking like but COME ON, this is taking the piss.

There, I said it, you probably don't know what I'm on about but I needed to told someone.

Why - what have you got to be stuck up about?

A few things I'm proud about.

By the way, I hate people who walk slowly in the street, people who make noise while drinking coffee (my dad does that it's irritating), people who are too happy. I hate a lot of things in people.

Vicky.

By the way, I hate people who walk slowly in the street.

That is one of the most annoying things ever.

The other day, me and gav got stuck behind two snails...as soon as we eventually literally pushed past them(because everytime we went to walk round, they were kind of drifting whicever way we were trying to go) They started walking fast and trying to get back in front of us...or it seemed that way anyways

It took a lot of tongue biting to not blast them there and then.

That's it ! They ALWAYS do that. It seems they have eyes on the back of their head, they know where you want to go and they drift. JESUS, just walk, there's nothing amazing to look at on the street at 8am.

Yeah, I used to be nice and just say excuse me but you get nothing but atittude off most people, so now I just put my arm out, move them away and walk past

A little rude, but its better than ending up having a full blown argument in the street about it...fairy steps are not good people!

When the bus is full, people sit in the pram space. Not only that, but anybody standing has to get out of the way and wait for the mother to get on the bus, pay for the ticket, wheel the pram over to the space, knocking into everyone in the process, unstrap the kid, fold the pram, sit down, sit the kid down.

Btw, I don't question your ability as a mother, nor do I care why you are a single mum. None of my business until you start to waste my time with your big arse prams.

Well that's why this thread exists. When something has pissed me off, I have the right to moan about it. Anywhere. Having to give up my seat for someone with a pram is an inconvenience, especially when I had claimed that seat.

So because you have a child, you have more of a right to sit down? Nah, that sh!t doesn't fly with me.

Omg, Ella! How are you and you're little one doing? xx

The pram thing annoys me a lot, the area is there FOR PRAMS! Like today I went on the train to Cardiff with my sister and her one year old (who was in a small buggy sleeping).. we sat in the pram area thingy. As soon as we sat down some bitch with a bike ordered us to move because she wanted to put her bike where the buggy and seats were. She was one of the rudest people I've ever met. After arguing with her for like 5 mins we got up and stood up in the back where it was all cramped and shakey. So the woman put her bike there, stared at my sister up and down and insulted her in welsh to her friend (not knowing that we're both welsh speakers!). Had the shock of her life when me and my sister started speaking welsh to eachother pmsl, stupid freaking bitch..

So how do you suppose a Mum/Dad keep a child from crying or talking?

Could I suggest duct tape, its very effective and relatively cheap.

And if the bus is full of people like you..then they deserve to get knocked over by the pram to be honest :nono:..Plus you just said it yourself people sit in the PRAM SPACE, A SPACE FOR PRAMS, So its god damn right that they have to move, Jeeez.

Dont know about down there but up here the pram spaces are a convenience for parents, and not a right to be demanded. They are legally provided for wheelchair users. But double to allow people to park their child carriers. I have seen parents asked to fold up and carry their children when buses are full.

Maybe you should winge about bus service providers failing to provide adequate bus services at peak times where this sort of problem could be solved simply by a change in timetabling more buses to be available. Or is that common sense speaking?

This probably doesn't happen anymore, but when I was working in nightclubs it used to drive me insane because I was a good barman who could take X amount of orders at a time. You develop a rhythm and you can be just throwing drink out when all of a sudden somebody gives you a laser card, which is annoying but part of business, but the problems start when you put it all through the card and then they go, "oh, and two bottle of bud and a vodka as well". No comment.

Captain.Remy
25-05-2010, 07:11 PM
Where to start this:

1. I'm starting to feel like **** without my car. My mum's broke so I have to take the tube. I feel like a common person now, it reminds me the days I went to high school everyday. And how come some people sweat and smell horrible in the morning if, as a normal human being, you take a shower before leaving ? Or even the night before, you can't smell that gross) And what is it about those sweaty marks on the tube windows ? Guys, really ? Not washing your hair for like 4 weeks ?

2. Last week's weather was disgusting, this week, it's way too hot and next week, we'll get rain. Talk to me about Mediterranean weather. Furthermore, the day I carry an umbrella, it doesn't rain, AT ALL but the day I don't have it, it rains like no ones business.

3. My girlfriend is doing my head in.

4. Lost ended on Sunday. I'm more upset than I thought I'd be.

5. and most importantly, I've been missing rugby training for 2 weeks in a row due to work.

There it is for tonight...

One summer I was gardening, may be just weeding or something, I saw one of my cats was sleeping on the neighbour's garage roof, so I started to talk to him while working,
"Char~lie, Char~lie, How~a~re~~~you, Char~lie, Char~~~lie".

Suddenly I heard a human voice over a fence, "I am sorry my name is not Charlie but xxxxxx." sounded like an elderly gentleman.

I was really shocked. I quickly said to him, "Oh I was talking to my cat. Can you see him on the roof next door's garage?"

Then there was a dead silence.
We must had been working at same area over a tall fence.

I have been living this street for 20 years but because his street which is parallel to mine is out of my daily route, so I hardly go there. So as of today I would not know who he was nor how he would look like.

hate it when you insult your friends, and they take it seriously.

All of my best male friends from school are either in love with or have been in love with this girl; I hate her because she's led every single one of them on and yet gets away unscathed because she's never done anything with any of them, not even a kiss. Anyway, she's been messing both the guys I'm living with next year around recently, which is just the straw that broke the camel's back for me; I've made it clear that I don't like her, to which she snapped "if you're going to be a [slang term for female genitalia beginning with t] then at least do it to my face" which I find ironic because I've been very plain about what I think of her; so I'm going to do as she wishes and let rip to her face instead of over Facebook (she's still in Glasgow and plans to spend the summer there - when I'm supposed to see her to tell her how much I hate her is beyond me).

I'm not sure if I'm justified in having a go at her; but I've put up with six years of my friends whining about how much they like this girl, watching them put up with so much nonsense because they think they're going to get somewhere with her and watching them do various stupid things because of her - it's not my issue, but at the same time is - it's been interfering in my life indirectly for six years now, am I entitled to my opinion in this instance or not, TiBB?

No. Indirectly's not good enough and adults should make their own mistakes.

All of a sudden my husband asked me whether if I have ever learnt cooking.
I said "I don't think so, particularly."

"I thought not..." He whispered. :(

I can make lovely cheese sandwiches.

lmao. what do you mean by inner city?

Like in a big city(London, Manchester etc) where they have a huge mixture of ethnic races. But in the central area's not the suburbs(outer areas) where it usually gets more white middle class.
