Ugh he's such a twat. I'd rather she didn't give him the interview just so as to not draw attention to him.

I mean technically I think he's right when he says that rape allegations shouldn't necessarily be believed as fact without any evidence because that's not fair on the accused and all the people who get wrongly accused, but at the same time people who claim they've been raped shouldn't be discredited over issues like them not reporting it at the time because a lot of women don't for various reasons (mainly the stuff Smithy said). And she hasn't actually named anyone as far as I'm aware so I don't see any reason why he's essentially telling people they shouldn't believe her/she's a liar (which is what he's doing with his 'pinch of salt' comment). There's a lot of girls who'll see that and decide not to report attacks through of fear of similar judgements being made about them... and the cycle continues
