Coronation Street's Jenna Kamara to leave this summer

Krissi Bohn is set to leave Coronation Street.

The actress, who plays Jenna Kamara, will depart screens this summer after two years in the role.

Jenna was first introduced as Lloyd's (Craig Charles) daughter in September 2012 alongside mother Mandy Kamara (Pamela Nomvete).

"I have enjoyed every single moment of my time on The Street," the actress said.

"Although I am disappointed not to have my contract renewed I am thankful for all the experience I've gained and look forward to whatever the future may hold."

Producer Stuart Blackburn also praised the actress, adding: "It is with great regret that we're saying goodbye to Krissi, she's a wonderful person and a great actor who has played a key role in some fantastic stories. We wish her all the very best for her future."

That might not be too far from the truth, remember the pictures of someone disposing of the murder weapon a few weeks back, as far I recall, Rob didn't use a weapon :p plus they've said there's a twist in tommorows episode.

By murdering her he's completely contradicted his need to silence her.

The entire story just hasn't been written convincingly at all.
