Olbas oil is menthol so a drop on the corner of your pillow will help keep your nose unblocked.

I've just taken 2 beechams tablets I found in the kitchen. It's a really irritating tickly cough, the sniffles and a headache are descending. Seems to have just come on me today suddenly.

You know those moments in films when a woman is rambling on and then a man shuts up her up with a kiss? Yeah I used to think it was romantic, but now in my wiser age I find it flipping irritating. Getting a third ****ing viral infection in 12 months, once again at exam time. It's on par with the first one I had which was only a 72 hour thing, I'm feeling a lot better now but not out of the woods yet. Second time around was brutal, I was ill for weeks, ended up having to miss an exam and sit it in August which wasn't exactly convenient because I was working full time all summer so it's not like I was able to spend 3 months preparing for it. :bored: I have an exam on Monday, an exam on Wednesday and then an essay due for the 12th, I am determined to make them all on time and not have to reschedule any of this stuff. ARGH!
