Lucas, eat lots of protein and carbohydrates, drink loads of water. Don't eat too much greasy or sugary stuff like crisps and chocolate because you will just get bad skin.

Oh don't worry about that at all, everything's sign posted in English as well as German! There's so much to do in that airport compared to every other airport I've been in, you won't be too bored for those 5 hours! I guess the transfer on the way out is a bit of a worry but I'm sure it'll be fine!
