Apparently, the Liverpool Echo say a bid of £25 million has been accepted and a deal will be done tomorrow.
For Lallana that is.
Southampton are going to get some ridiculous fees this summer for Lallana and Shaw. Apparently they've rejected our £27 million offer for Shaw.

Manchester City have been fined £49m, £32m of which is suspended, and can only name a 21-man Champions League squad next season after failing Uefa financial fair play rules.
Another sanction means City can only spend £49m on players this summer, as well as any transfer fees they receive.
And their wage bill for 2014-15 must stay the same as this season.
Paris St-Germain, one of eight other teams to breach the rules, have been handed a similar fine and cap as City.
A City statement said that they only fielded 21 players in the Champions League this season, were not planning to spend a net amount of more than £49m on players this summer and expected their wage bill to be lower next season anyway.
"At the heart of discussions is a fundamental disagreement between the club's and Uefa's respective interpretations of the FFP regulations on players purchased before 2010," it read.
"The club believes it has complied with the FFP regulations on this and all other matters.
"In normal circumstances, the club would wish to pursue its case and present its position through every avenue of recourse. However, our decision to do so must be balanced against the practical realities for our fans, for our partners and in the interests of the commercial operations of the club."
The statement added that the club expected to be operating without sanction or restriction at the beginning of the 2015-16 season.
Clubs who breached the rules had to reach a deal with Uefa, which City have done, or else take it to an adjudicatory panel in June.
The other clubs guilty of breaking the rules were Russian sides Zenit St Petersburg, Rubin Kazan and Anzhi Makhachkala, Turkish clubs Galatasaray, Bursaspor and Trabzonspor and Bulgarian club Levski Sofia.
City posted combined losses of almost £149m for the past two seasons - £97m in 2012 and £51.6m in 2013.
Uefa introduced FFP because it fears many clubs are risking their futures by spending beyond their means, while Uefa president Michel Platini also believes the big spending of some clubs is ruining the game.
PSG's failure to adhere to FFP is understood to stem from the club's controversial contract with the Qatar Tourism Authority.
The contract is said to have been ruled as valid by Uefa but the overall value of the deal - worth up to £165m per year - has been deemed excessive.
PSG are also understood to have argued with Uefa that French income tax levels in France made complying with FFP more difficult.
Sources close to the club say that, over a three-year period, they will pay £163.9m more in wages than an equivalent club based in Germany because of taxation.
Uefa ultimately rejected the club's argument that they have to pay higher gross salaries to attract and keep their star players.

What a ****ing baby
Yaya Toure's agent says Manchester City's attempt to mark the midfielder's birthday with a tweet was "a joke".
City gave Toure a birthday cake as they flew to Abu Dhabi and tweeted their congratulations after he turned 31.
But Dimitri Seluk says Toure is "very upset" that the club's owners failed to acknowledge him personally and says he may leave over their lack of respect.
"None of them shook his hand on his birthday. It's really sick you know," Seluk told BBC Sport.
However, City feel there is no need to be alarmed by Seluk's claims.
Seluk says Toure did not expect a present after turning 31 on 13 May but was unhappy at being ignored by the club's wealthy owners when the squad arrived in the United Arab Emirates last week to celebrate their Premier League title triumph.
"He got a cake but when it was Roberto Carlos's birthday, the president of Anzhi gave him a Bugatti," Seluk added.

Sam definitely staying it seems, least its the devil we know I suppose
West Ham United can confirm that manager Sam Allardyce will lead the Club into the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League season after constructive talks with the Club's Board.
The Board and Allardyce have held lengthy and detailed discussions on the Club's direction, values and philosophy and a positive way forward for next season has been agreed.
After listening to feedback from supporters, the Board have insisted on improvements to the set-up of the playing and backroom staff to ensure the team provides more entertainment next season.
The manager has agreed to recruit a new attacking coach to complement the existing coaching set-up as well as an overhaul of the Club's scouting and recruitment operation that will see the Board have a greater involvement in the players who are signed, as the Board will once again be investing considerable funds into the Club this summer. The Club have made clear that they want to see progression on the pitch and at least a top-ten finish as a result.
West Ham United Joint-Chairmen David Sullivan and David Gold said: "We have a very clear vision of how we want West Ham United to operate under our joint ownership. Although not everybody understands the West Ham Way, we do and we respect it as we have been supporters all our lives. We believe this is about a philosophy that is not just about the style of play, but the whole ethos that surrounds the Club.
"Sam was asked to give us a detailed presentation on his vision for next season and during this he assured us that he can deliver that ethos to West Ham United and we have agreed to support him with the resources that he needs. We have mapped out a way forward with him that will ensure our much-deserving fans have more to cheer about next season.
"We should also stress, though, that while improvements do need to be made, Sam deserves credit for the job he has done thus far after securing promotion in his first year and two respectable Premier League finishes in the two years thereafter. We have also seen the likes of Mark Noble, James Tomkins and Winston Reid all make huge progress under his management, which in turn contributed to our impressive record of 14 clean sheets last season.
"The truly historic opportunity of a move to the Olympic Stadium in 2016 forms a major part of our five-year strategy to take this Club forward and, while we have a duty to make sure we stay in the Premier League, we also want to make sure the performances on the pitch will befit a team playing in such a world-renowned stadium.
"We are absolutely committed to taking West Ham United to new heights and we want to see the Club continue on an upward trajectory next season. The 2014/15 campaign is crucial to our future and we are confident that Sam has the passion, experience and determination to make sure it is a success."
West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce said: "I look forward to taking the Club forward and improving the squad for next season to try and achieve the plans we have set out in our very productive meeting last week."
Pretty ambitious stuff, not too unhappy to see him given the chance to come good on his word

Unfair to put you in the same bracket as PSG as UEFA have. City have actually made progress in halving the losses. PSG aren't doing the things City are.
And if the TV money over here worked like it unfairly does in Spain, City wouldn't be in this mess.

The Frenchman, whose contract expires this summer, was set to leave after enduring a miserable time under previous manager David Moyes.
Things are said to have come to a head in a bizarre row over bacon sandwiches in a lounge at Manchester Airport before the club jetted out for a Champions League away match.
Staff at the airport are said to have laid on the butties as a goodwill gesture but the Scot was reportedly furious with Evra when he took one.
On the flight the mischievous defender is rumoured to have made a passenger announcement, explaining that there had been a change to the in-flight menu and that it would be bacon sandwiches all round.

In a similar article in The Guardian there's this...
At some point last summer, David Moyes, in his new position as Manchester United manager, invited Wayne Rooney to his house and told him matter-of-factly he had “gone soft”. It was, as Rooney now recounts, a frank conversation full of home truths, and one of them cut to the bone. “Do you think you’re a top player?” Moyes asked. Rooney replied that he did. Then Moyes hit him with the killer line. “Then why have Chelsea offered only £25m for you?”
WTF?! Looks like this was the day Moyes lost his balls.

Curb the enthusiasm just a bit . LVG will need a while to get our squad playing how he will want them. He traditionally starts slow and then has an acceleration in form from the midway point of the season to win the league in his first seasons. Run along girls
Yeah it probably is down to him not spending money and being ambitious enough that some players end up wanting to leave, i know that was the case with RVP. But to be able to lose these types of players year after year that carried the club the previous year and then to be able to finish top 4 season after season and compete is pretty impressive. Frustrating at the same time that we've not pushed on but it's only a matter of time before we do finally have a ridiculous summer when we spend loads and go for it.. I wouldn't be against a new manager coming in but i wouldn't mind seeing Wenger spending big this summer and seeing what he can do with the side over another season or two.

Be alright I reckon, most fans are pretty supportive of the move and at least it should make ticket prices cheaper than the minimum £40/50 they are now, and it will increase the clubs profile and make us more marketable, so would having London on the crest
And yeah the board are surprisingly willing to splash out this window it seems especially when it doesn't look like we're selling anyone, all pretty promising signings though

By the final chapter of this book I was kneeling on the floor of my living room, floods of tears pattering onto my replica kit, wailing like a hysterical gibbon. My dogs, Rushie and Aldo, wailed in solidarity with me. They understood; my wife didn't. I felled her with a right hook.
I tried to buy this in Waterstones but it was raining outside and I slipped. Whilst I was recovering Demba Ba nipped in and got the last copy.
