With the Face Off, contestants will be asked 5 questions each, all questions will be the same. Whoever gets the most questions correctly will win the game, and an award (if possible).

The game will take place over the time period of 7 days on one thread.

Contestants will be required to fill in the basic application; name, age, gender.

Well my idea is called Big Brother World Tour ;) - don't laugh guys :joker:

I would have 12/13 players..
Every Cycle of the game would be a different big brother format..
So for example Cycle 1, could be Big Brother US, and then immediately after Cycle 2 could be Secret Story France etc
this would continue until the final 3.. where a winner would be crowned

I think its certainly a unique idea, and if i could get the players, i think it would work well :)

I would make a nomination table alongside the series, and post it at the end of the series.

Crime Investigators
6 contestants will become Crime Investigators and will investigate certain crimes. Every two days, a synopsis of a crime which has been committed on the forum. Each investigator will have to investigate the crime and write a short paragraph on who they think committed the crime. They will send the paragraph to me through inbox.

After the deadline to each crime, the paragraph will be posted alongside a poll, the TiBB public will vote for the best paragraph and the person with the least votes will be disqualified!

When it comes down to the final 2 detectives, a major crime will be committed on the forum. Each detective will do the normal thing, paragraph etc but then it will come down to the TiBB public as to who wins!

The winner will win an award (if possible)

Crime Investigators
6 contestants will become Crime Investigators and will investigate certain crimes. Every two days, a synopsis of a crime which has been committed on the forum. Each investigator will have to investigate the crime and write a short paragraph on who they think committed the crime. They will send the paragraph to me through inbox.

After the deadline to each crime, the paragraph will be posted alongside a poll, the TiBB public will vote for the best paragraph and the person with the least votes will be disqualified!

When it comes down to the final 2 detectives, a major crime will be committed on the forum. Each detective will do the normal thing, paragraph etc but then it will come down to the TiBB public as to who wins!

The winner will win an award (if possible)

Further to this, and please don't take offence, none is meant, but I see the Pub Quiz is announced and presumably will have private rooms, so I feel a little bit aggrieved that admin, despite Josy kindly asking repeatedly, haven't responded at all re The Apprentice, as that is what we were asking for (private rooms for each of the two teams) - it would make the game so much better for the participants. :shrug: anyway, they will have to confer via pm instead, although having looked back at previous Apprentice games on here, they had the private rooms also, and I did ask well in advance (couple of months).

8 contestants will be drawn at complete random, and split into two different camps, Camp Green (land) and Camp Blue (sea) [THESE CAMPS ARE JUST RANDOM] and the contestants will compete in Island Challenges of which each camp must collect a certain amount of 'GOLD COINS', this amount will be told in the final, but is decided at the beginning of the series!

The 'Tribal Council' goes completely out of the window for this game, instead, nominations will be done privately in a PM, and the contestants with most votes will go up for the 'ELIMINATION' where one contestant will leave every 5 days, however there will be ONE contestant from each camp that goes up for the ELMINATION.

The Island Challenges will be set every 4 days and will test endurance, problem solving, team work and knowledge.

Don't know if there's a similar game to this that's already been done but I'm going to go for it anyway.

I haven't decided on a name for it yet, but I know everything else basically :p

This is the 'concept' of the game: 12 people have discovered a large country, and each of their ultimate goals is to conquer this country by themselves. To do this, they must ensure that they avoid the weekly exile, in which one of them will leave the country, and the game. This is just the concept for the game, on which I have based the names of all the key aspects.

The game will last 10 weeks, with 1 week equating to five days for the first 6 weeks, four for weeks 7 and 8 and just two for weeks 9 and 10.

In the game, there are several key aspects that will be important throughout the game, these are:

The Emperor
On the first day of the week, every contestant will PM me a single contestant who they would like to see become Emperor of the House. The contestant with the most votes will be awarded the Emperor title.
The contestant that is Emperor will be immune from that weeks exile. They will also get to select the weekly tribe leaders and - when the teams have been selected - choose the two teams he would like to put forward into the team challenge, in which one will earn immunity from exile. In weeks 7 and 8 he won't have this power, as there will only be two tribes and these will both be able to compete in the tribe challenge.

Tribes
Tribe captains will be selected on the second day by the Emperor, and on the same day the rest of the tribe will be picked. In weeks 1 to 6 there will be three tribes, in weeks 7 and 8 there will be two tribes, and in 9 and 10 there will be none.

Tribe Leaders
Tribe Leaders are decided by The Emperor. The Leaders pick their own teams from the contestants. In weeks 1 to 6, Leaders who don't earn immunity will be automatically placed up for eviction, and they pick one player from the other losing team to join them. In weeks 7 and 8 the Leaders are largely irrelevant, other than for choosing their tribe, as the losing team will be put up for exile together.

Exile:
In weeks 1 to 6, the losing team leaders and their nominations will be put up for eviction. The TiBB public will vote via PM and one will leave. In weeks 7 and 8 the losing team is put up for eviction.


BTW sorry if I wrote too much or it doesn't make sense. I'll be able to explain anything if you ask, just I had to write everything to down and it might be jumbled up in here...

I like the game idea, but the chances are you may not be able to run it until Feb 2013 as there are quite a few games planned up until then.

The only other suggestion I have for now is to cut the game down in terms of length, trust me, anything longer than a month is hard to keep people/players interested.

Also, anyone hosting a game from October onwards (ICB, Apprentice and TiBB BB5 excluded) need to let me/another mod know asap if they are running the game and the exact time of starting, even if you are in the OP as we have not heard definite confirmation and a few people are wanting to host games. I may be hosting a new game on TiBB soon. A few people over the last two years have said they will do it but nothing has materialised for The Amazing Race.

For those that do not know what it is (I highly recommend watching a few seasons) I shall explain shortly in the future when I have more of a durable forum design for it.
