I buy a big Ł6 bag from ASDA and once home when I'm ready to eat, I pour some into a plastic tub which acts as my bowl and bin

but need Less Salt on them.

I always bought the little Ł1 bags from the Off Licence and I was always on the go so it was a nightmare.

I absolutely DETEST all nuts BUT the wife was adamant that I should incorporate them in my diet so now I grind a couple of mixed nuts into a powder and mix into my daily bowl of porridge at supper .

Tastes rather nice actually
