I've been suffering with a flu this week and was just wondering if it's happening to a lot more people during this change of seasons. Tell me I'm not alone.

Yeah I've had a really horrible cold/headache thing that's lasted for like a week and a half. It started out with a sore throat and headache, turned into a cold/cough and then for the past 3 days or so my ears have been blocked Today is the first day I've felt better since it began tbh.

Yes I've actually had a pretty bad cold for about the past week. Kinda starting to get better now.

Tbf, I've only ever had a proper flu twice in my life and both times I was bedridden to the point where I couldn't lift my head from the pillow without collapsing.

ugh I know, it's awful I was literally in bed for four days apart from meals. I slept for 14 hours on the first night.

had the sniffles a few weeks back but touch wood - its gone.
